Order Fulfillment:	Your merchandise usually reaches you within 3-10 business days, and UPS Ground takes longer the further you are from the Big Apple, unless an express delivery method is selected. SittingOnARainbow can't always guarantee availability of products; so if your order contains an item not immediately available or delayed in arriving at our shipping department, we notify you via email or by phone. Standard delivery orders go via United Parcel Service Ground service, so once we ship your order, UPS directly emails you with your UPS tracking number allowing you to visit the their website to check your status. Normally we will wait a few days, if necessary, to ship all parts of your order at the same time. If the wait for one part of the order will take more than a few days to fulfill we will ship the first part and then ship the second part via UPS Ground without additional shipping charges unless instructed otherwise. Orders using Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select delivery will be informed as to the status of the order components.
Credit Card and Check/Money Order Payments:	We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipping. Credit card information is encrypted during transmission to us and then stored for only a few hours. When we issue a refund we do it through the credit card clearing house, which keeps your information on their extra secure servers. Check and Money Order payments require payment to be received prior to shipment of order. Payment may be sent to the address listed at the top of this page.
Return/Exchange Policy:	We will refund your credit card account for any items not meeting your satisfaction. The item MUST be returned to SittingOnARainbow.com within 30 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition, with the exception of all products with GC- in the product ID (Click here for more info on returns of GC- products). For any returns received after these 30 days, a store credit of the product's price will be provided to you via email in the form of a coupon code. Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Valid returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped, and we will promptly refund your credit card and send an email confirming this. Shipping, handling and gift wrapping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE, no returns/no exchanges. If you ordered a clothing item that does not fit, we will be glad to make an exchange of the same item for a different size or color. Please notify us within 7 days of its delivery either by phone, 212.769.0536, or through email at store@sittingonarainbow.com if you receive an incorrect (note: not incomplete) order or damaged item. If a product error is made, we will exchange the items and pay for shipping both ways via UPS Ground only. Once we are notified, a hold in the amount of the replacement item(s) plus shipping will be placed on your credit card and will be voided once the damaged/incorrect item(s) are returned. If the items(s) are not shipped within 7 business days of its most recent delivery date, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the hold. Bulk Orders:	Returns or cancellations of orders receiving quantity discounts will incur at least a 15% restocking fee. Any change in this fee will be provided to the customer prior the completion of order.
Product Policy:	All products are guaranteed to be free of defects and damage at the time of delivery. All products are labeled, stickered or printed with the SittingOnARainbow.com (or our sister site, NYCwebStore.com's) logo, website and/or phone number.

Privacy Policy:	We do not sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party - ever. We do not want your mailbox so full of anything other than our newsletters that we would never encourage others to email you. Any information we collect from you - such as the web pages on our site you have visited, your IP address, and personal information volunteered during your order and registration process - is used solely for understanding and improving your shopping experience on SittingOnARainbow.com.
